Welcome back! I hope that everyone had a great fall break.

This week we will continue to celebrate the wonderful fall season with our Fall Festival on this Thursday,October 25, 2007 from 5;30 to 7:00. There will be lots of fun and games for the entire family to enjoy. Come and join in the fun! Our class will host the ring toss along with Mr. Hanlon's homeroom. We need different soda in different sized containers. That is what will be tossed for. You can send in your soda donations ASAP. Thank you so much!!!!

Don't forget about our trip to the Pumpkin Patch on Thursday. We will leave the school at 8:00 so please be on time so that we can all leave together as a group. If for some reason you can't get here, there will be directions left at the front desk in the elementary office.

Our letter this week will be Gg. We will learn to recognize the letter, its sound and how to form the letter. We will also continue to review letters learned previously. There will be more words added to our sight word flash cards as well.

Math Readiness skills will include the concept of more and fewer. The students will use unifix cubes and various counters in the classroom to reinforce this concept.

Thanks for the comments on the blog. Please feel free to make more.

Have a great week!
